Zoe's last day of 1st grade

Zoe will be 7 this summer and going on to 2nd grade already.  Here's a picture of her on the last day of school in first grade.  Her elementary school color is red, and everyone was supposed to wear red that day.  I didn't get her a school shirt this year, but I had one from MY elementary school!  So she wore that one.  Yeah Lewis-Palmer elementary!

Public school

Because of a few unforeseen events and decisions, we have put our daughter in public Kindergarten.  She started on August 15th and she loves it.  On weekends she is actually a little sad that she doesn't get to go to school.

We are still considering home schooling when we move next summer.  But now that decision is less sure.  I am researching schools in the area and we will have to make the decision next June.  For now, though, we are the proud parents of a public school Kindergartener.
